Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via UPS.
In certain cases, orders may be fulfilled through FedEx or USPS, depending on location and delivery efficiency.

All shipments are facilitated through our professional fulfillment system to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.


Delivery Times

Delivery timelines vary based on location and carrier.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.


Shipping Issues

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

HobbyClass is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
