Returns & Exchanges

At HobbyClass, performance and precision matter — including how we handle your order.

If your purchase does not meet expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We currently ship within the United States only.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer at their expense.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email:

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Returns are processed through our shipping partner (UPS, and in some cases FedEx or USPS).

Returns must not be sent without prior authorization.


Processing & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note: financial institutions may require additional time to post the transaction.


Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service and product availability, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and initiating a return for the original purchase.

This allows you to secure your preferred size or color without delay.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:
