RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

HobbyClass.com accepts returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging (when possible) and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that are worn, damaged, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

Please note: Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 14 days of your order, we’re happy to offer a one-time price adjustment.

Simply email us at support@hobbyclass.com with your order number and item details. Any eligible difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

QUICK EXCHANGES

Need a different item? Here’s how to exchange:

  1. Return your original item using our prepaid return label.
  2. Place a new order for the desired product.
  3. Email support@hobbyclass.com with both order numbers and we’ll waive the return shipping fee.

EASY RETURNS BY MAIL

To start a return, please email us at:

Print and attach the prepaid return label to your package, and drop it off at the nearest shipping center (FedEx, UPS, or USPS – as specified in the return instructions).

A flat $6.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

ORDER REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within up to 3 weeks of receiving your return. We’ll issue the refund using your original payment method.

  • PayPal refunds will go back to your PayPal account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Only the cost of eligible items and applicable taxes will be refunded.
